Taco Bell's Volcano Nachos dish was a menu item that consisted of meat, beans, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, Lava Sauce, jalapeno peppers and crunchy red tortilla strips. It was a regular menu item from 2008 until late 2013. It was one of a few items on Taco Bell's Volcano Menu.

2008 saw the release of Volcano Nachos, alongside a comedic and somewhat cheesy commercial for Volcano Nachos. It showed two gentlemen at a pool table, asking about Volcano Nachos, when a man sitting near them said, "Taco Bell's Volcano Nachos... changes a man." The man had visible pain and a red, sweaty face.
