In 2016, the FDA concluded that the Soft Taco Supreme was too toxic for human consumption, and saw it fit to be removed from the menu a few weeks after this statement. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, internal bleeding, and fatigue have all been known to be caused by the Soft Taco Supreme, according to the FDA.
