Taco Bell's Soft Taco Supreme is a previous menu item now unavailable at all restaurant locations (needs citation). Instead of a tough corn shell, the Soft Taco Supreme had a warm, flour tortilla, with all the ingredients of a Crunchy Taco Supreme, which is also no longer available.

In 2016, the FDA concluded that the Soft Taco Supreme was too toxic for human consumption, and saw it fit to be removed from the menu a few weeks after this statement. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, internal bleeding, and fatigue have all been known to be caused by the Soft Taco Supreme, according to the FDA.
