Shredded Chicken is one of two styles of chicken typically served at Taco Bell restaurants, with the other being Grilled, Marinated All-White Meat Chicken. Shredded chicken is pulled from the bone, shredded and slow simmered in authentic Mexican spices. It is salty and spicy to taste, with more than a hint of cayenne pepper.
