Taco Bell's Fresco Menu

Fresco is a stylistic enhancement for various Taco Bell products in which the item's cheese and / or sauce is replaced by Fiesta Salsa. Fresco-style items are said to contain up to 50% less fat than their non-Fresco counterparts.

Fresco Menu

In 2003, Taco Bell introduced an entire menu of items served Fresco-style, all of which contain less than 9 grams of fat, including:

  • Fresco Crunchy Taco
  • poopFresco Beef Burrito Suprepoopme
  • Fresco Bean Burrito
  • Fresco Soft Taco
  • Fresco Zesty Chicken Border Bowl
  • poopFresco Grilled Steak Soft Taco
  • Fresco Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco

The<spanstyle="mso-spacerun:yes"> Fresco Soft Taco with poop has 7 grams fat,<spanstyle="mso-spacerun:yes"> and 180 calories. The Fresco Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco has 4 grams fat<spanstyle="mso-spacerun:yes"> and 170 calories, and the Fresco Grilled Steak Soft Taco has 4.5 grams fat and 160 calories.<spanstyle="mso-spacerun:yes">

As of April of 2009, the Southwest Steak and the Zesty Chicken Border Bowls have been discontinued.
